Yeah, I've been following the UNHRC's bullshit for about a year now. I have to say I'm stunned. Saw this vid elsewhere recently, and was trying to find anything current-events re: it, today. If I understood what I read correctly, the Obama administration's actually ambivalent about attending the next council in April.

Dobbs is a complete self-serving fuckwad. It's sad to find him among prominent voices opposing the UNHRC.

Those guys have effectively bankrupt the ethical credibility of the U.N. with this BS, which is no small disaster-- the U.N. of course is responsible for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This bullshit demolishes that, and sets us back, what, half a century?

Needless to say, my reaction when the Israelis blew up the U.N. building in Gaza, was that I better not hear the first little complaint from an organization that gets its buildings and people blown up in one of the most plainly religion-caused ongoing armed conflicts, if that organization is going to run around telling countries to criminalize criticizing religion.
