I don't think they're calling god "ficticious". I think they're talking about the lawsuit only. To properly say that "god is fiction" they should have said something like “the Court cannot decide abstract questions or hypothetical or fictitious BEINGS.”

U.S. sucks. The fact that such a lawsuit was taken seriously proves my point beyond doubt: americans are the less evolved kind of human being. Below that Downs, below than austists, even below Argentinians, and that too much saying! The demandant is an idiot for even thinking he can sue something that does not exist; and the defense is even more idiotc for saying stuff like that "God had not been served court papers"

Sorry about all my bitching, but when it comes to the United States and its self-imposed slavery to god (the "cancer of the mind") I really get extremelly pissed.
